How much hair do I need? 

 

A full sew in usually requires at least 3 bundles, when ordering lengths 14" - 20". When ordering lengths 22" - 28" 4 bundles are usually reccomended. Custom Units require anywhere from 2- 3+ bundles, depending on how full you'd like your unit. 

 

Can this hair hair be processed?

 

Yes! If you're new to the whole weave thing, that simply means this hair can be bleached, dyed or relaxed with no damage! This also means our hair comes with no smell, no silicone coating, no synthetic fibers. Be sure to treat it as you would your own, deep conditioning and moisturizing regularly. 

 

How long does it last?

 

All of our hair is good for a lifetime with proper treatment and care! Each texture is versatile and durable for multiple uses.

Returns & Refunds

 

If you receive the hair and are unsatisfied for any reason, we do accept returns. Heavenly Hair extensions can be returned or exchanged for store credit as long as the hair is in the same condition as received and unworn. All Custom Units are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Hair Extension and Hair care products are processed within 2- 3 business days. We have 2 different shipping methods to choose from depending on how quickly you like your products. Because the Custom Units are handmade, please allow 10- 14 business days to process your order. Unfortunately Custom Units cannot ship express.
